  • Economic geography: institutional approach in economic geography, location of manufacturing, the role of the state and regional authorities, land use, degraded areas
  • Regional development: problem regions, regionalization of the territory, territorial capital
  • Planning (regional and spatial): planning tools, indicators for monitoring regional structure and potentials, informal planning practice, informal influences on the spatial structure, education of planners and civil society, green infrastructure development
